1. Bookings and Reservations
- Booking Process: You can book our tours via our website, by phone at +91 7818808819, or by emailing tajjourneyholidays@gmail.com. Bookings are considered confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation email from us.
- Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept payments through our approved methods.
- Pricing: Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will not change, except in cases of changes in taxes or fees imposed by the government.
- Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing or via email. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 7 days or more before the tour date: Full refund.
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before the tour date: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours before the tour date: No refund.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Fitness and Participation: It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your group are physically fit to participate in the tour. Taj Journey Holidays is not liable for any injury or harm resulting from pre-existing medical conditions or negligence.
- Adherence to Instructions: Participants are required to follow the instructions of our tour guides for safety and smooth execution of the tour. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.
